Brief Answer:
Likely possibility of muscle strain or a stone in kidney.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for contacting healthcaremagic.

I understand your concern.

The common reasons are pain from kidneys from stone in ureters (tube from kidneys joining bladder), pain from muscles of your lower abdomen, pain from your bowels like appendicitis or pain from testicles going up to abdomen fro infection of testicle.

Hence you will need to be further examined by a doctor to get a clue about the cause looking for abnormality in testicles, tenderness in abdomen etc. You might need an urine analysis, ultrasound of abdomen and testicles as a minimum to find the cause.

Please mention if you have any bowel problems, urinary problems, fever or feeling sick.

For now please take paracetamol 1 gm four times a day

Thank you
