Brief Answer:
Advised Dolo

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

After going through your history it mostly due to poor blood circulation due to long sitting and back pain also due to sitting.
If I were your treating doctor First I suggest you anti inflammatory medication like Dolo 650 two to three times a day for 5 days. Topical analgesics like volini gel.
Keep elevate legs when you lie down by keeping pillows.
Continue lukewarm water and massage.
Avoid prolong sitting it decrease blood circulation which leads to swelling.
Try to walk for 5 minutes every 2 hours. Since you are sitting long time it causes contraction of muscles and when you walk you will get pain due to muscle relaxation.
If you will not get relive after 5 days then I suggest you visit your physician or an internal medicine specialist(MD) and get blood test like complete blood picture to rule out anemia , thyroid profile , kidney function test , vitamin B12 and Vitamin D.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
