Brief Answer:
Likely to be abscess

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

It is likely to be an abscess(pus ) in view of swelling and temperature.
Exact diagnosis is only possible after clinical examination. I would suggest you to send me clinical photograph of the lesion for further assessment.
Also kindly provide me the following additional information

1. Since how long has the swelling been present
2. Where is the exact location
3. Is there any discharge?

Give her Paracetamol and Ibuprofen for control of fever.

Awaiting your response

Take Care
