Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In view of diabetes, Possibility of frozen shoulder involving the shoulder joint with restricted movement and pain should be evaluated.
You should take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Physiotherapy is required.
Pregabalin or gabapentin can be used too.
Strict blood sugar control is required.
