Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy will help in normal routine activities.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The only way to completely repair the tear is arthroscopic surgery. The physiotherapy exercises and supplements that she is taking can help in reducing the discomfort. She can continue with all these and in case there is a persistent pain or difficulty in walking or climbing stairs or running then do get it repaired surgically.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
