Brief Answer:
you need to get see your physcian

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think it is most probably a nerve compression pain. At present when this pain is not continuous and there is no other positive history you do not need to visit your pharmacist. I would suggest you to take Brufen for pain relief. Along with that you should also use hot water fomentation and volini gel local application.
Most probably this pain will improve with these steps. If their is increase in pain then you need to see your doctor.
thanks
