What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation All Throughout The Body?

Recently I have been suffering from burning and pain sensation in my Palm and leg ,sole . I had been to a GP and prescribed Meganeuron OD Plus . After taking 5 to 6 days agaun I did thorogh blod test .FBS 124 . TSH 2.64% .B12 444 and D3 12.61 . Himoglobin 16.1% . Since this Capaul contain Folic Acid Can I stop . If so what substitute I will take of the same having no such Folic/iron contents . I have also taken 1 pill sofar VD 60K for Vitamin D3 deficiency . Today I have alao donated 250 ml blood to Redcross inorder to reduce himoglobin % . My age is 45 and a Charted accountnt .

Benfotiamine (7.5mg), Folic Acid (0.75mg), Methylcobalamin (750mcg), Pregabalin (75mg), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) (1.5mg)
The folic acid content here is minimal and would not cause any botheration to you.
