Brief Answer:
Need to rule out sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr Dadapeer K an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

It seems from the history that you are having pain above eye and below the eye brow on the inner aspect which increases on touch.
This is typically seen in inflammation of the structures which are seen around the eye. The eyes as you are surrounded by paranasal sinuses, hence pain and tenderness are seen in inflammation of the paranasal sinuses called as sinusitis.

If you are having symptoms of cold either now or in the recent past it confirms the diagnosis.

The other things to be considered are ophthalmopathy caused by thyroid problems.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor first to rule out these two common causes as eye problems by themselves are rare to cause tenderness above eye and below the eye brow.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
