What Causes Overactive Bladder And Severe Constipation When Diagnosed With Endometriosis?
Question: I have adenomyosis and endometriosis stage 4. I wander if adenomyosis is related to overactive bladder and severe constipation and feeling exausted all the time.

so sorry to hear about the issues you've been having. Adenomyosis and endometriosis, especially when they are severe, can cause bladder and GI symptoms. they often do come together and it is certainly possible that they are related. if you can treat those gynecologic issues the other symptoms could improve.
the treatments could include hormonal treatments with birth control pills, shots, Depo lupron or hysterectomy when it on severe and nothing else works.
the exhaustion can be related as well, especially if you have heavy bleeding with your periods which can cause anemia. however, exhaustion and fatigue can be caused by many things and needs to be fully evaluated. depression can cause this too. and that can be related to chronic medical problems that don't seem to get better.
