Brief Answer:
Suggestive signs of ovarian cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Family history of ovarian cancer and present of left ovarian cyst with septations and internal echoes put you at high risk of ovarian cancer. Septations and internal echoes in an ovarian cyst can be due to the tissue bands formed and haemorrhage caused by malignancy (cancer) in the cyst, or it can be due to simple haemorrhage in the ovarian cyst, which can sometimes spontaneously occur. however, with a history of familial ovarian cancer, chances of malignancy are to be kept high.
Increased ovarian volume in right ovary can be present because of proliferation of malignant tissue in ovary or due to infection.Ovarian carcinoma can be present in both ovaries.
It is right management for you to go for a surgery and if cancer is found during surgery, then it can be modified accordingly followed by post operative management (chemotherapy, if required)
