Brief Answer:
Possibility exist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The fact remains that the body sometimes gets used to the medicine and thereafter the colour of the urine can become normal.
Having said that, the possibility you have raised is always possible.
Unfortunately, there is no good way to find out if the drug is genuine except by doing a plasma levels of the drug in question.
I suggest you test the same.
Alternatively, you can approach the drug authority in your area and get the medicine tested.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
