What Causes Oral Ulceration, Runny Nose, Headaches, Sleepiness And Sore Throat?

Question: Hi, I have been tested for any kind of STDs and all came back as I'm clean. So I doubt this is herpes. But my gum on the right side of my mouth is swollen, has been for two days now and just now, i looked and there is a small white hole on the inside of my cheek. This has never happened before and I haven't had any sex lately. What could it be from? The little hole looks as if it was a small cut, but is a bit swollen and white. This is the only on in my mouth and it's toward the back of my teeth. Like the tooth right before my wisdom tooth. And it's on the bottom part of my mouth. I also have been feeling quite tired and sick today. Runny nose, headaches, sleepy, a tad sore throat.
