Question: Hi,
I wanted to find a doctor to consult for my father. He has been complaining of occasional memory loss, shaking/trembling of hands and also what I suspect to be some level of depression. We had contacted a doctor in XXXXXXX when we were visiting our relatives. I am uploading the sheet from that doctor. Since we live in XXXXXXX I am looking for a doctor to consult here.

Brief Answer:
You need a neurologist in XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have seen the prescription by the doctor. As suggested by the doctor, you can visit NIMHANS and get your father evaluated by a neurologist. Another option would be to visit a neurologist at the corporate hospital near your locality.

You can also visit the following link to look for a neurologist in your area. You will also be able to check patient reviews on this link.

Hope it helps.
