Brief Answer:
It can be due to autonomic neuropathy or drug side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, your current symptoms can all be due to diabetes complications like the one called as autonomic neuropathy, which may effect bodies automatic control over postural changes and managing heart rate and blood pressures accordingly and if it fails to do so, Blood pressures may fall suddenly om standing up from sitting leading to blackouts ot tendency to fall woth weakness to maintain postures etc. You need to have regularly blood sugars checked up alongwith HbA1c every three monthly and need a better control of diabetes and close liason to an endocrinologist.

Other possibility can be the same mechanism but caused by blood pressure lowering drugs that you are onto specially from the category called ACE inhibitors. Consider discussing these possibilities with your primary physician so that readjustment can be made accordingly and with examination findings.

Also get replacements for calcium, D3, folic acid and B12 to rule out any micronutrients defficiencies contributing to the current symptoms.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
