Brief Answer:
Possibility of spinal disc disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

The symptoms which you have mentioned may be due to spinal disc disease with nerve roots compression. I would suggest you to get physically examined by a Neurologist. You may need to get a MRI of Lumbosacral spine to rule out the spinal issues.Besides, these are not the symptoms which suggest that you're slowly dying. Don't be so depressed.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
