Question: My daughter has a nunness in her right hand and lower are occurred last evening
should she make an appointment to see her regular doctor or go to an "ER?

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It is a little unclear where else is involved apart from the right hand, you say "right hand and lower" but must have forgot the word after lower, perhaps you meant lower limb?

Anyway since we are in front of a neurological deficit which has appeared in an abrupt manner I believe that she should go to the ER. The reason is to be evaluated for the possibility of stroke. I do not want you to be alarmed, at her age stroke is rare and may turn out to be nothing important, but stroke is not a condition with which one should be taking chances, she should be evaluated for other neurological signs and possible risk factors.
