Brief Answer:
You will need investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The symptoms may not have any relation to the heart.
However, it is wiser to go for TMT with thallium isotope. It is the ideal non-invasive way to evaluate ischemia

The numbness is probably from Cervical Spondylosis and consequent nerve irritation….Neurologic consultation will be ideal / an MRI of neck spine is generally necessary

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations

Good luck
God bless you
