Numbness in one limb only can be due to Mononeuropathy.
If it has been due to any other systemic disease like Diabetes, it would have occured on both sides.
Give me following details:
1. Since when are you facing this?
2. Any back pain?
3. Numbness is localized or In whole leg?
4. In Which part of the body you felt numbness today- that you have not mentioned.
5. Any history of diabetes/ Hypertension/ smoking?
6. Any history of Any trauma?

Give me these details so that i can help you better.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to Low back pain.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
In this case, i would advise you to observe the following:
1. Hot fomentation of your back thrice a day.
2. Don't do exertional activities.
3. Avoid squatting
4. You may apply Volini Gel locally.

In case you don't get relieve in next 5 days, get X-ray of Lumbosacral spine.

I suppose, this might be simply due to local back pain and muscular spasm compressing a nerve slightly.

If you have any further query, please ask me.
