Brief Answer:
Possible though unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Those symptoms you describe seem to be in the setting of neuropathy, damage to a peripheral nerve. It is not a common side effect of Lupron, far from it, but still it is among the rare side effects of the drug. So if the symptoms started only after the initiation of Lupron it could be the culprit. However you should also consider other possible factors causing nerve damage like trauma, work or domestic activities leading to repetitive wrist flexion (working in front of a computer long times, playing musical instruments etc). If any such factor is present it is far more likely to be the cause than Lupron and it should be addressed by using braces or modifying activity.

If no other potential cause can be identified, since the symptoms are progressively worsening from your description then you should speak to your doctor about the possibility of interrupting Lupron and switching to another of the available hormonal treatments.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
