What Causes Non Retraction Of Foreskin And Painful Intercourse?

Question: Last couple months i have found it painful to retract my foreskin, and it is too painful to have sex. I read around the net and thought i had a frenulum breve so i tried stretching exercises but the soreness has only gotten worse. On inspection there are white marks/growths around the frenar band, and that area is the particular area that hurts a lot. There is no bad smell and i clean there with water every day. My wife and i would like to try for a baby and this is proving to be a huge problem. I have never had any problems there
before. Please help!!! (No form of surgery is not an option)

Thanks for your query,based on the photograph and facts that you have posted it appears that you have a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans of your penis that is preventing retraction of foreskin over glans during sexual intercourse which is very much painful too.

The only best treatment option is excision of the band (Frunuloplasty).This is simple surgery done under local anaesthesia by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist carried out as out patient procedure.and offers to resolve the problem for forever.

Please note that no other treatment like stretching or applying any oil is going to solve the issue.

The white marks that you have are hypertrophied scar tissue resulting from repeated minor injury resulting out of forceful retraction of the foreskin.

Thanks. However I dont understand how i can hve scarring as i dont think i have cut myself during sex. As a worrier, i thought the white marks might be penile cancer or some sort of infection. Can i rule those out now

If i do have the frenuloplasty, how long will it take to recover? How long will it be before i can have sex again with no pain??

The white marks are due to scarring resulting from trivial injury that results from friction during sexual intercourse and does not necessarily one should have serious injury to have scarring.The appearance on the photograph does not look like cancer of the penis .

It will take 2-3 weeks for complete healing after surgery to have normal routine sexual activities.

Is there no other option apart from surgery to get rid of the scarring? I have a major phobia of surgery and am shaking as i type.
