I would recommend you to meet and discuss with your doctor about following possibilities.
1. Hot flushes.
2. Thyroid disorders.
3.Lymphoma.
4. Carcinoid syndrome

these are only suggestions and your GP could start blood works and other investigations based on these possibilities.

I have an egg size growing lump on the inside of my elbow that is growing. The doctor said it was the way I was made. The other one is normal. My brother has lymphoma and a corresponding tumor to his lymph node on the inside of his elbow. He did not do any blood work for lymphoma when I asked him too. I also had a bright red, hot to the touch, skin infection larger than my hand 3 weeks ago. It started with a blister. He said it was a skin infection. It had a clear drainage. It was very itchy. I was on antibiotics for 10 days. The redness is gone. The center of the blister is still there and still itches. I have chronic diarrhea and fatigue. I'm having headaches everyday for last 3 weeks. Loss of appetite and some vomiting. I haven't felt nauseous though. Just can't hold down what I'm eating. I have lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks.

Brief Answer:
Biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Noted. I presume you had a cellulitis in the elbow lump which was treated with antibiotics. You may need a biopsy from the lump to proceed further. Ofcourse, your local doctor would have examined you and they are in a better position to assess the nature of swelling. In view of your symptoms and family history, i would suggest a biopsy. You may also need a thorough systemic investigations to look for enlarged lymphnodes /organs elswehere in the body. This is possible by a chest Xray and Ultrasound of abdomen/pelvis.
