Question: I have a sore and swollen lymph node below my left earlobe. I have also been experiencing sporadic night sweats. Other than that I feel fine. Is this lymphoma?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sore swollen lymph nodes below ear lobe with night sweats could be a benign process of inflammation of lymph node in response to some local infections of ear , parotid gland or throat. If you have fever and night sweats, you should get evaluated for the cause, but don't worry there are many benign causes of night sweats and lymphoma is rarest of them all. Stay positive, get evaluated by your local general physician and let them help you diagnose. Most probably it will be self resolving inflammatory process likely needing some advil and supportive care.
