It is highly unlikely that wasp bite will result in neurological pain after 20 days. There must be some other reason for the pain.

Please tell the following details so that I can answer it well-
1)Since when the child is having pain?and,
2)In which part of the body?
3)Why do you term it as a neurological pain?

Brief Answer:
It is likely neurological.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Indeed, the nature of the pain appears to be neurological. It is likely radicular in origin or may be neuropathic.
Such neurological complications may occur due to wasp sting. This may be due to the allergic phenomenon to wasp venom.
Nerve conduction studies may help in diagnosis.
Anti-neuralgic medicines like pregabalin or amitriptyline may be taken. This however, should improve with time(sometimes in a few weeks).
PLEASE TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.
Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Brief Answer:
May last upto a few weeks. This will improve.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Here are pointwise answers to your queries-
1)Antineuralgic medicines are being given.Prescription is ok.
2)Affected hand is sensitive to water. This is due to nerve impairment.
3)Pain can be episodic with nerve/nerve radicles involvement.
4)Reeling sensation is not related to pain.It is possibly due to anxiety or psychogenic.Mental relaxation like meditation/yoga will improve it.
5)Again,small injury triggering pain is a neuropathic symptom.
6)May last upto a few weeks sometimes.
7)This is likely to get improved well, the time ahead. No further complications.

Please don't worry. She is likely to improve completely, soon.
