What Causes Neck Pain, Chills, Low Grade Fever, Headache And Eye Redness?

Question: I have been experiencing neck ache, chills, low grade fever and mild headache in addition to redness if eyes. No congestion. I feel100% normal in the morning and then suddenly get chills, fever and headache around 5:00 in the evenings. Using antibiotic drops in eyes and they are clear in the morning, but start getting pink in the evening again. Thought?

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having a viral fever.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Urine examination.
You can take paracetamol 500mg for fever and bodyache. Drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
