Brief Answer:
see below

Detailed Answer:
this is most likely an infectious gastroenteritis, given the fact that you have both nausea and diarrhea. Food poisoning is also a possibility.
Keep yourself very well hydrated, and drink as much fluids as you can.
Pepto bismol may help, but for diarrhea i would suggest loperamide (imodium). If you don't get better over the next 1-2 days you should call your physician for further testing.
Also if you start vomiting and can't keep anything down then you should go to the hospital for intravenous hydration, as you would be at risk of getting dehydrated pretty quickly by both vomiting and diarrhea. Take acetaminophen for the headaches. avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, advil, motrin, aleve, etc)
Usually these gastroenteritis are self limited, and resolve within a few hours to days.

Last evening I gagged myself and vomited lunch, immediately felt better. But, even this morning my stomach still feels a little bad and there's still a little diarrhea, although there's very little in my system. I am drinking water.

Brief Answer:
continue drinking

Detailed Answer:
continue drinking plenty of fluids, and eat as you tolerate. you may feel better after vomiting, and this is normal. Again, these symptoms may take 1- 2 days to start getting better, although it may ultimately take 1-2 WEEKS for you to go back to your "normal".
Let me know if i can assist with anything else.
