Question: I have been nauseated (mild to moderate), moderate headache, for several days (5 days). Every time I put food in my mouth it increases my nausea to where I can barely finish a small meal- so I am eating once a day. I have indigestion and heartburn as well and I feel bloated.

Brief Answer:
Better to investigate if not going through a stressful period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM.

Your abdominal symptoms can be due to an upper gastrointestinal inflammation from hyper acidity or H. Pylori infection, liver inflammation and/or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Headache if associated with vomiting or fever also require to be investigated. These symptoms can also occur due to stress, smoking, alcohol, Painkillers of NSAID group or some other drugs.
It is better to investigate with a hemogram, liver function test and a urea breath test, even if you are going through a stressful period.
Take Care
