What causes nausea, vomiting and excessive saliva after exercising?

Question: I felt nauseous after my workout and had vomitings, and now my mouth is producing excess saliva and I have to keep spitting every few minutes. How do I stop it Doctor?

Had cold and cough last couple of weeks and I am just getting better. My cold and cough are almost gone. I did not have much food since morning and went to gym, just had some fruits.Why am I secreting so much saliva all of a sudden? Please help me. How to stop it?

I have gone through your query.
Post vomiting, excess of salivation is normal, it can last anywhere from few minutes to few hour. You should not be bothered about it, it will reduce on its own.

I am not sure if you had sufficient or proper food before, gym. This perhaps or the stress from exercise may have induced gastritis resulting in the symptom.

Presently, I would suggest you to take capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily, half an hour before breakfast, and then have your usual breakfast. I would have suggested you to take this medication for week. And also have adequate amount of food. You should be fine with this measures.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
