What Causes Nausea, Dry Mouth And Throat, Diarrhoea And Sugary Taste At The Back Of The Throat?

The symptoms you have described point to Gastrointestinal infection and probably anerobic
The strange sugary taste at the back of the throat can be due to reflux which is commonly associated with lower GI infections
Take lot of fluids
Add a probiotic for two to three weeks twice a day
A proton pump inhibitor for ten days
If need be add a tablet of Ofloxacin and ornidazole twice a day for ten days after meals
