What Causes Nausea, Chills And Cramps In Jaw And Neck Area?

Question: These symptoms come on rapidly. Beginning with nausea and wooziness, then goose bumps and feeling freezing cold even when working. Then my jaw, neck and back start cramping and from there I have minutes before my muscles including my arms and legs start with uncontrollable spasming for 20-30 minutes before it calms down some (almost like hypothermia) leaving me fatigued and achy. I feel dehydrated during this, yet vomit my water. There is a rising temperature with this and for hours I go hot and cold, back and forth mostly this takes seconds to minutes. I sleep a lot after. However, the next day and for months I'm fine till I happens again. Any idea what's going on with me? I'm 43 and today I realized I'm about to cycle I never though about a possible connection before today though.
