Question: I run for 2.5 hour straight. Now my heart feels weak i feel shaky and nauseous and very sleepy. Please advise did i damage my heart

I need a few details about your symptoms to be better able to help you.

You didn't mention if you had any discomfort during running.
Are you running often or was it the first time you ran?
Do you have high cholesterol levels? How high?
Do you smoke?
Did you have any first degree relative with a serious heart problem at a young age (<40 years)?
Did you sweat a lot during running? How did you rehydrate?

If you're not a runner then it's almost inevitable to feel very tired after 2.5 hours of running. I'm sure your muscles would be aching for a few days.

On the contrary if you're used to run for that long but today you felt a lot different then this could be alarming. Feeling lousy after physical exertion can happen even in trained athletes who have fever (even low-grade fever) or after running in a hot day (if the weather is hot, it is possible that the body cannot cope with all the heat).
