Brief Answer:
Geo to the nearest emergency room.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
Have gone through your details..

Most likely you are suffering from Gastroenteritis. It is an intestinal infection marked by diarhoea, cramps, nausea, aches bloating and fever.Depending on the cause, viral gastroenteritis symptoms may appear within one to three days after you're infected and can range from mild to severe. Symptoms usually last just a day or two, but occasionally they may persist as long as 10 days.
24 stools in 11 hour is too much and you can land into severe dehydration or shock.
I would suggest you to go to the nearest emergency room and get i.v fluids and antibiotics.

However in case you can't go to emergency room then-
If your systolic (upper)blood pressure is more then 100mm of hg.
For fatigue due to electrolyte imbalance Drink plenty of fluids –You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from vomiting and diarrhea. you could also try fruit juice and soup.

Get plenty of rest.
If you feel like eating, try small amounts of plain foods, such as soup, rice, pasta and bread.
Use special rehydration drinks made from sachets electral solution to maintain depleted electrolyte levels in serum.
I would also start antidiarrhoeal medication (such as loperamide upto 16 mg a day).
Get a stool test done.

Thanks!
