Symptom relief

Hello

Thanks for the query

Flu cannot be treated with just Tamiflu, symptomatic relief must be done.

Here is how you should go about it

1. Tab Levocetrizine twice daily will give good relied
2. Tab paracetamol three times a day will bring down the fever
3. Steam inhalation will decongest your throat and nose.
4. Continue to take tamiflu
5. Keep yourself warm
6. avoid milk, milk products and spicy food
7. avoid smoking until you are better
8. Tab omeprazole before food will take care of the nausea
