Brief Answer:
Pregnancy is a possibilty

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Duphastone is progesterone and is known to delay the periods while taking it. Since you are taking duphastone, it can also be responsible for delaying the periods. However, pregnancy is also a possibility.
Breast tenderness and nausea are symptoms which are present both in early pregnancy and due to progesterone intake.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done and if positive then further management should be done accordingly.
If negative, then do stop taking duphastone and the periods will come within7-10 days of stopping the drug.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
