What causes nausea, acid reflux and sour taste in the mouth?

For the last few days I have had nausea, food doesn't taste good, excess gas, mucous in stool, sour taste in mouth

Hi and thank you for asking!
Your symptoms seems to be related with acute gastrointestinal infection.
This why I suggest to use :
- probiotics
- PPI 's like prilose OTC

If your symptossm continues more than 2 weeks than you should perform culture fecal test to better evaluate GI infection.
