Brief Answer:
Follow the Advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

As per Your description, these symptoms mostly pointing towards an impending viral/bacterial influenza...

You haven't mentioned about fever, is there any?
Any change in the voice?
Any headache/body-ache?

Take ample rest...also please stay away from any direct exposure of A/C ducts as well as over-crowded places for the time-being...

Drink plenty of water(luke warm preferred) to remain well hydrated...

Cetirizine if you're taking as 10mg dosage, then once daily at bedtime will be enough. Apart from that, take steam inhalation thrice daily for next few days...

Betadine gargle will be helpful, three times daily for next 4-5 days.. also put a pinch of salt in XXXXXXX warm water and gargle twice daily as an alternative fashion for next few days...

Try to avoid cold drinks, dairy products, sour foods for the time being...

With all these, you should be fine.

However, if at all observed any further worsening of the symptoms, occurrence/recurrence of fever, rash over any parts of the body, then I'd strongly suggest getting yourself clinically evaluated by any Internal medicine specialist or at any nearby healthcare facility as you may be needing antibiotic therapy and further investigations to rule out any tropical infections(specially mosquito borne infections which are quite prevalent during this time) in that scenario...

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Is the voice completely hoarse?

Yes, you should start taking Paracetamol(Calpol), but not 500mg, take 650mg round the clock thrice daily after some food for the time being(at least next 1-2 days)...

Also, take an antacid, i.e. Pantoprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast for next 5days...

Cetrizine, you can continue, for another 2-3days, be vigilant how you stay during this time course, if worse, not better, or any of those other symptoms as mentioned earlier, do get yourself evaluated as explained...

Follow all other advises mentioned earlier. along with this...

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

The heaviness of voice is not much of concern, just follow as already suggested...

Cetrizine, if you're taking as 10mg dosage, then once daily at bedtime will be enough. If you're taking in morning, you should take Levocetirizine (check your medicine strip for it, if it's not LevoCetrizine, then take it at bedtime only). No need to take it now since already taken in morning.

Follow all other advises mentioned earlier. along with this...
