What Causes Muscle Spasms And Pain In Arm?
Question: Dear Sir/Dr
I have pain in my over arm without reason....maybe after I bring heavy bag in my left shoulder and its pain when I do move to some way ,so I take the pain killer from Pharmacy who indicate paracetamol 500 mg and Codeine 10 mg...but the pain is gone when I take that tablet,after couple hours the pain is come again..what kind of medicine I have to take to avoid this pain? Thank you for your advice

3. Local application of Diclofenac Sodium gel will be helpful.
4. Adequate rest and avoiding sudden movement.
