Brief Answer:
Get done ecg and chest x ray first.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
Since you are 66 years of age, better to rule out cardiac and Pulmonary causes first for your chest pain.
So get done
1. Ecg
2. Chest x ray.
Ecg is needed to rule out cardiac cause.
Chest x ray is needed to rule out Pulmonary causes.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac and Pulmonary causes.
Then it is mostly due to musculoskeletal pain.
But better to rule out cardiac and Pulmonary causes first.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
In my opinion, you should first get done chest x ray to rule out pleural effusion as this can cause chest pain as well as abdominal cramps.
If chest x ray is normal then you are mostly having musculoskeletal pain.
So better to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid painful movements.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
5. Apply ice pack on affected site.
You will mostly improve in 5-6 days.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
