Question: My nasal mucosa are inflamed, no news there, but today I noticed pinpoint white spots....what does this mean?

I am so sorry to hear about this inflamed nasal mucosal and the white spots that you have reported. If possible, upload an image for review. However, most whitish spots are consistent with inflammatory reactions and soft tissue changes. Unless something else comes up, there is really nothing to worry about. I suggest that you also wash the nasal mucosal with saline to keep it moist and avoid germs stagnating and multiplying.
