Brief Answer:
Momentary heaviness in legs/Under Investigation

Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Momentary heaviness in legs/Under Investigation

Mostly due to orthostatic Hypotension from TIA suggestive of Impending Stroke / or Anemia/or dehydration from work stress

Hi,Dear,thanks for your updates.
Read your updates and reviewed it in context of your very tricky complaint.
Based on the facts of your updates, You seem to suffer from Orthostatic Hypotension,as you get this heaviness leg feeling while rising from kneeling/ squatting position? This may be a cause of your dizziness.
Update how long you get these complaints? It is very important to know this period.
Other causes need to be investigated for this age, with these symptoms, which Your Physician specialist would take care of.

Suggestions-
Cause of this needs to be worked with Physician.
Ask your doctor to Adjust anti-hypertensive drugs.
Take plenty of fluids,to recoup heavy-work fluid losses.
Reduce your weight,if you are obese by regular brisk walk for 30 minutes
Avoid fried/fatty food.
Avoid smoking/alcohol /tea/coffee , in excess.
Take Fruit juices/vegeies in your diet.

Investigations-
Check complete blood test to rule out Anemia.
CT/MRI study of the Carotid stenosis -to rule out the cause of Transient Ischemic Attacks(TIA) and Impending Stroke ?as this heaviness could be an early sign of the TIA/ or Impending stroke. This is suggested to be on the safer side for your age as you are hypertensive with high cholesterol.

ALERTS-
Be on alert to reach ground to avoid injuries by fall during these hypostatic spells in future.
Preventive work up for TIA and for Stroke needed urgently.
Don't worry and things will be OK in time to come.
Take due care and act fast.

Hope this would relieve your anxiety and would help you to resolve your worry.

Keep Me updated after these investigations in consultation with your Physician there.
Will appreciate You,to write excellent feedback comments,to help needy patient visitors like YOU,at My clinic in HCM Services.

Await above information soon.
Welcome for any further query in this regard,to be replied in next session.
