What Causes Missed Periods Post Abortion?
Question: I was used mifty kit for abortion on 18th sep 14 and bleeding start on 21st of sep 14 and end on 26th sep 14.
Further in this month i fell the symptoms of menstruation from last 4 days but its not start. Kindly advice it is normal and period comes within 1 or 2 days.

The period may delay after abortion and it can occur 4-6 weeks after the miscarriage.
With your description, it is not clear whether you had ultrasound pelvis after abortion pills or not, if it was not done then please go for ultrasound pelvis to determine whether abortion was complete or not.
