Brief Answer:
Findings are almost normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your reports in detail.
Reports are almost normal and there is no need to be worried.
Only minor finding is mildly raised MCV (mean corpuscular volume). It is towards upper limit and this is acceptable.
Generally MCV >110 fL need investigation and it may be caused by vitamin B12 or folate deficiency.

Other findings like hemoglobin level, hematocrit,MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin),RBC and WBC count are also normal.
So,you don't worry at all.
It is important to know your symptoms and reason for investigation.

Get well soon.
Hope i have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
