What Causes Mild Right Side Abdominal Pain?
Question: Hello
I am 34 Yrs Male.
I have following Symptoms:
very mild right side Abdominal pain from last 1 year. Pain is always constant, it start from afternoon
sometime the Pain go lower right back side.
99 Degree fever every evening.
Sore Throat occasionally with dry caugh. it happen very often
Watery stool two times a day (Diarrhea) from last 1.5 month.
Stool color is green or dark Brown
I see Mucus and undigested food with Stool.
Unable to sleep properly in night
I shown doctor last year in July with same symptom, even had colonsocopy, upper Endoscopy, and other blood test. All results are normal.
I start feeling tired, if i do much labour work
Right now I am taking medicine for infection, but unfortunately no benefit. Please suggest, I am very depressed, get worried about my two small kids.
Between no Weight loss. Actually I gain weight of 10 Kg just in one year. Last Year my weight was 75 KGs. Now I am 84 Kgs. My height is 5.11 Inch.

It appears closer to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This is a tricky diagnosis made after all the investigations are normal and only Gastroenterologist can diagnose it after careful examination for few months to year. There is enough of trial and error therapy that runs to keep the symptoms away before the final diagnosis is made and treatment for IBS started.
The worst part is it gets worse as the stress increases. Currently you are stressed out, lethargic and depressed and you will have worst phase.
At this stage you need to meet only a Gastroenterologist plus Psychologist who can treat both the symptoms and precipitating stress/low mood.
Let me tell you that IBS will not harm your life and you should not be worried about your kids.

When I do search over internet about my symptom, I am getting more about Colon Cancer, lukumenia, Stomach Cancer, etc.
I am bit worried that I am having tumor, which may not be diagnosed in my past tests.
Should I do any further test like CT Scan, colonsocopy.
I am only worried more about low grade prolonged fever and mild right lower side Abdominal pain. I am sure it cannot be Appendicitis. Is 99 degree consider as low grade fever?

To relieve your anxiety you may go in for CT scan. I refrain from doing any intervention like Colonoscopy. YOu may go in for contrast CT for Colon.
Internet search would reveal such tougher things in first place and is of no use to you now.
