Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam , Thank you for posting your query on HCM. Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that your treating doctor is right in saying that there is nothing to be done with this report . Your urine report has no gross abnormality that is alarming . Pus cell 4-5 can be seen without actual infection in females. You are rightly being advised to keep your self hydrated which prevents the chances of UTI . You can also take cranberry juice which alkalinise the urine preventing infection. There is nothing to be done extra for this report . Take care. Dr. Shruti

Brief Answer: Follows. Detailed Answer: Dear Madam, Sometimes during mild infection above findings can occur but they are not significant enough . There can be chances of renal stone but that cannot be made out by urine examination , you need to get a USG abdomen done for that. Dr. Shruti
