Brief Answer:
Can be due to recent infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A mild pain and heaviness that you are feeling can be related to the urinary infection that you had recently. increasing the fluid intake will help the discomfort to go away. This can be a minor muscle related issue also due to a bad posture or prolonged sitting hours. This can improve with mild pain killers and back strengthening exercises.
I hope this answers your query.
