Question: I have had a mild but intermittent pain in lower right abdomen that sometimes feels as though it goes all the way down to right testicle. From what i've read appendicitis is very severe pain, and this is not what i'm experiencing. It is not severe but is at times sharp, also intermittent. Not seeming to make a difference before or after a meal, has been happening for a several days now.

Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
In case of appendicitis pain would already progress and become severe and constant in 2 days from the beginning.
These symptoms that you describe may indicate urinary stone, diverticulitis, opstipation, hernia or urinary infection. If there is no associated nausea, vomiting or fever, you shozuld not be concerned. Try to eat easier food in next few days, drink more fluids and rest. If symptoms worsen you should see a doctor. Wish you good health. Regards
