Question: I have a metal taste all the time and think it begin when I started taking Adderall

It is common to develop metallic taste with Adderall during first few weeks of therapy. In most of individuals the bad taste goes away in some weeks. One of main reasons for bad taste in mouth is high dose of drug, but as body becomes tolerant to doses, side effects go away in some weeks.
What doses of Adderall you are taking?
If you are on some other medicines also, especially anti hypertensives?
To reduce side effects you can use sugar free mint gums. Drink plenty of water, lime juices. This will help in reducing the side effects. There is no need to take one more medicine for that.
