Brief Answer:
SUpportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern . With breast abscess mainstay of treatment is drainage after incision. Mostly used antibiotics are nafcillin, vancomycin, clindamycin, ampicillin sulbactam, cloxacillin etc. Stay compliant to the medication and stay in touch with your doctor. Stay hydrated, use pain killers like tylenol for the pain and use antibiotics.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
