Brief Answer: Possibility of traumatic ulcer Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Gentleman, Tonsil and throat are normally very much vascular. Its normal to have veins seen over the surface. The photgraphs provided by you are not of good resolution, but even then i cannot appreciate any redness/inflammation over Tonsil and throat. It looks normal. The lesion over Right side of tongue looks like a Traumatic Ulcer, which could be sustained due to sharp tooth. Slight swelling is due to it. I would suggest you the following which will be helpful 1. Avoid Spicy/Oily food 2. Local application of Benzocaine Ointment 3. Oral Vitamin B complex twice a day 4. Chlorhexidine mouth wash thrice a day I hope it helped. In case you need any further assistance, get back to me Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS,MD
