No its not painful.. I got a picture look like a couple bumps

I have gone through the photo you provided. It seems to be external hemorrhoids. Most probably, you might have been suffering of constipation recently with hard feces.

I advise to:
- keep a good hygiene of your pelvic floor organs
- avoid anal sex
- avoid constipation
- use OTC external hemorrhoids cream
