What Causes Lump Near Urethra?

Question: I have a lump between my uretha? and vagina it is about the size of a marble

COULD BE BARTHOLINS CYST

It is most likely a Bartholin's cyst.
Bartholin's glands are located near to the urethra, near the vagina too.
They often get blocked leading to a cyst.
It is typically painless and marble sized.

Discharge is not normal, could be due to atrophic vaginitis, when in post menopausal women, the genital tissue gets atrophic due to lack of hormones, and is prone to infections or breakage.
What you should do is consult a gynecologist, have it examined, get the diagnosis confirmed.
It is easily removed under anesthesia.

Sorry that was not clear there is discharge is that normal and is there something I can do to see if I can clear it up before going to a doctor I have yearly exam 12/18

WIthout looking at the discharge, it is difficult to say what is causing it.
As I said, in postmenopausal women, local tissues are depleted of hormones, leading to easy breakage/ fragility and infection.
For that you can use local estrogen creams, but it needs prescription.
ALso, lubrication during sex will help.
Only a vaginal swab done by your doctor, can tell if any infection co existing, and if you need antibiotics for the same.
